About Us
Lisa Arnell
I have had several years experience as a Legal Secretary with law firms around north Queensland, working also as Executive Assistant for a scientific research organisation in Townsville for approximately eight years. After a period of four years living in Fiji, my family and I returned to Townsville and I was invited by Tara to join her growing business.
I have always been organised and use the skills and discretion acquired in my previous roles to assist in the business. As well as extensive administrative and organising skills, I develop Microsoft Access databases and can take shorthand, recording minutes or job interviews.
Having three children, I know what it’s like to balance work/after school activities/family life and swear by To Do Lists. I love the satisfaction in being able to help people and enhance their quality of life, simply by being organised.

As a teenager I was notoriously disorganised. My best friend seemed to be able to always keep her room tidy whereas my room seemed to be a ticking time bomb of embarrassing moments. I am sure there are plenty out there who understand what I mean by that!
When I was in my twenty’s I had an amazing opportunity to work overseas in Rwanda, East Africa. I secured a job with the United Nations as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of the Human Rights Commission. The highly sensitive and confidential material that crossed my desk deserved not only my respect but a high degree of organisation – of which I sorely lacked.
A wonderful Kenyan women with amazing skills introduced me to my first “systems” concept which I embraced with everything I had. Taking a mountain of extremely important and highly confidential papers which had no home, she helped me create an amazing filing system.
From that first introduction to systems and the concept of providing a home for everything, I was able to apply her coaching not only to my work but also to my home life.
I now have a passion for systems and order. I want to help others just like my friend in Kenya helped me. To liberate people from the weight and stress disorganisation can add to one’s life. Misplaced shoes, papers, keys, important papers can all become a thing of the past...
My background comes from years of Administrative and Managerial positions. Friends, acquaintances and business colleagues would approach me and ask if I could help them organise their businesses and homes.
