BRIEF: The Client was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed with not being able to locate important papers. Although there was a filing cabinet in the home, it was not being used as there was no filing system in place. The client also felt that the room was not being used for its intended purpose.

RESULT: With a filing system in place, the client can now locate important papers and the room can now be used as a home office/guest room. The client now wants OPOA to organise the rest of her home.

LIBRARY
BRIEF: The client was concerned because valuable items within the library were disappearing. Things were difficult to find and the storage containers were inadequate.

RESULT: Clearly labelled and categorised storage containers that complemented the library were introduced. To solve the problem of items disappearing, a database was developed.
